Restock Notifications

Ticket > Restock Notifications shows customers who subscribed for back-in-stock alerts on specific products or variants.

Before this tab becomes useful

First, make sure the restock collection flow is actually enabled in HeiChat.

Common entry points include:

  • Restock Notification widget
  • Product Search Widget
  • Shoppable Product Cards
  • The HeiChat Restock Alert app block added to product pages

What the list shows

Typical fields include:

  • Product
  • Customer email
  • Created date

Filters often include:

  • Product ID
  • Variant ID
  • Date range

Why this tab matters

Use it to:

  • Measure demand for out-of-stock items
  • Prioritize replenishment or campaign follow-up
  • Check whether the storefront restock capture setup is working

When to open a record

Open a record when you need to confirm:

  • Exact product and variant
  • Customer email
  • Submission timing

This is especially useful before sending manual follow-up or checking a Klaviyo-driven restock flow.

Suggested operating pattern

  1. Review restock demand regularly.
  2. Group requests by product or variant.
  3. Coordinate with marketing or inventory teams.
  4. Use external email or automation tools if your follow-up flow lives outside HeiChat.
