Exit Intent Popup

Marketing > Exit Intent Popup tracks the events created by your exit intent discount campaign.

What this tab is for

Use it to understand:

  • Which pages trigger the popup
  • Which discount codes are being claimed
  • Whether email capture is working when required
  • How well the popup is recovering leaving visitors

What the list shows

Typical fields include:

  • Email
  • Coupon code
  • Status
  • Page URL
  • Claimed time
  • Created time
  • Ordered status

If email is not required in the popup, the email field may remain empty.

Filters that matter

Useful filters include:

  • Email
  • Ordered status
  • Coupon code
  • Date range

These help answer both campaign questions and customer-service questions about a specific claimed offer.

How to review this page

Open an event to review its full details. When an interaction led to a purchase, the record can include converted orders, their value and items, and a link to the Shopify order.

Use it to check:

  • How many offers were claimed in a period
  • Which coupons are performing
  • Which page URLs generate the most recoveries

Operating pattern

  1. Review claim volume by campaign period.
  2. Compare coupon performance.
  3. Identify high-performing page URLs.
  4. Use Ordered to distinguish claims from conversions, then adjust popup timing, discount level, or page targeting for the next round.
