HeiChat currently offers:

As plans increase, you generally get more:

• Product learning capacity
• Knowledge base capacity
• Monthly tokens
• Mobile device access
• Advanced support and marketing features

#Free vs paid plans

The Free plan is for testing, not for stable monthly production use.

The key difference is that:

• Free gives a one-time testing token pool
• Paid plans give recurring monthly token capacity

#When to upgrade

Move up to a higher plan when your store has ongoing demand for:

• Higher conversation volume
• More learned products
• More knowledge entries
• Advanced widgets, integrations, or Smart Tickets

#Choosing a plan

For most merchants, Pro Plus is the practical feature threshold: it includes the broad premium feature set, such as live chat handoff, Webhook, WhatsApp and Messenger integrations, marketing widgets, multi-currency recommendations, shoppable cards, and advanced support widgets. Higher tiers primarily increase capacity. Pro Max additionally includes the Custom OpenAI API Key fallback.

After changing plan, go back to the HeiChat dashboard and check:
