#What It Does

• After you bind supported discount codes to Shopify products, HeiChat can use those matches to answer discount-related product questions more accurately during chat
• You can add the HeiChat Product Discounts app block in the Shopify theme editor, so shoppers can see available discount codes directly on product pages and copy them easily
• This creates a smoother path from discount discovery to purchase, both inside AI conversations and on the storefront itself

#Current Support

• Currently supports two Shopify discount code types: Discount Code Basic and Discount Code Free Shipping
