We've just launched Quick Help Guides! To get started, simply navigate to the Settings menu in the left sidebar and find and customize these helpful resources in the Brand section.

Your customers can easily access these guides through the pre-chat form and above the chat message input box. Perfect for sharing FAQs, product guides, product manuals, social media links, form-filling instructions, or any important information you want to highlight.

Pro Tip: Use this feature to showcase new products, promotions, or important announcements - making it a powerful tool for both customer support and marketing!
