We've introduced a powerful new conversation sorting option designed to help you focus on your most active and relevant customer chats.
Previously, conversations were only sorted by creation time. While useful, this meant older but highly active conversations could get buried at the bottom of the list.
New Feature
You can now sort by "Last Message Time" to instantly surface the most recent replies to the top.
