We're giving you finer-grained control over your store's AI communication, letting you tailor the experience precisely to your needs.

1. Auto-Translation Toggle: You're in Control!

Previously, custom messages were always auto-translated. Now, you have a choice! When enabled, your custom content (like welcome messages and quick reply buttons) will automatically adapt to your customer's browser language. Disable it to always display messages in your configured default language, ensuring consistency if needed.

2. AI Output Mode: Choose Your Interaction Style!

We now offer two different ways for the AI to deliver responses, catering to different interaction preferences:

  • Streaming (Recommended for Speed): The AI sends messages in real-time as it generates responses, delivering a fast, dynamic, and conversational experience for customers.
  • Complete Response (More Human-Like, But Slower): The AI waits until the entire message is fully composed before sending it all at once. This can create a more "human-like" typing delay, but will significantly increase response time and may impact customer experience. Choose this if you prioritize a complete, considered feel over instant replies.

Pro Tip: Consider your brand's interaction philosophy. For most e-commerce applications, "Streaming" ensures fast support. "Complete Response" may suit brands seeking a more deliberate, human-like feel, despite the extra wait time.
