Spin to Win

Marketing > Spin to Win tracks the events created by your spin-the-wheel campaign.

What this tab helps you answer

Use it to understand:

  • Who played the wheel
  • Whether they subscribed
  • Which prize was awarded
  • Which discount code was issued
  • Which pages generated engagement

What the list shows

Typical fields include:

  • Email
  • Subscribed status
  • Page URL
  • Played time
  • Created time
  • Ordered status

This lets your team compare when the widget was shown versus when the visitor actually engaged with it.

Filters that matter

Common filters include:

  • Email
  • Played time range
  • Ordered status

These filters are useful for both campaign analysis and customer support questions such as lost code follow-up.

What to inspect in the event detail

Open an event when you need the complete prize record, including:

  • Prize name
  • Prize type
  • Coupon code
  • Subscription state
  • Locale
  • Page URL
  • Played and created timestamps
  • Whether the event produced an attributed order, plus related order details when available

Operating pattern

  1. Check participation and subscription rates.
  2. Identify which prizes are being awarded most often.
  3. Review page-level performance.
  4. Use Ordered and the converted-order details to identify prizes and campaigns that generate revenue, then feed the results back into offer design, display timing, or Klaviyo follow-up flows.
