Chatbar is a new chat entry style for merchants who want a more visible chat entry point and a stronger storefront CTA.
What It Does
- Replaces the small floating bubble with a centered CTA bar fixed to the bottom of the page
- Opens a larger, more immersive chat interface suited for longer shopping or support conversations
- Automatically hides lower-priority entry points to keep the experience focused
- Keeps high-value contact options such as email, WhatsApp, and enabled feature widgets available

How to Enable It
- Go to Setup > Widget Settings > Appearance > Chat Interaction Mode
- Enable Chatbar mode
