What It Does

  • Replaces the small floating bubble with a centered CTA bar fixed to the bottom of the page
  • Opens a larger, more immersive chat interface suited for longer shopping or support conversations
  • Automatically hides lower-priority entry points to keep the experience focused
  • Keeps high-value contact options such as email, WhatsApp, and enabled feature widgets available

How to Enable It

  • Go to Setup > Widget Settings > Appearance > Chat Interaction Mode
