HeiChat now supports Klaviyo integration. You can sync key customer events captured by HeiChat into Klaviyo and use them as triggers in your marketing flows.

#Supported Events

• Newly collected customer emails
• Restock notification requests
• Add-to-cart events triggered through HeiChat widgets
• Pending checkout or abandoned checkout events

#Why It Matters

• Brings chat-driven customer activity into your marketing automation workflow
• Helps you follow up based on real customer actions
• Connects storefront interaction data with your downstream email flows

#How It Works

• HeiChat sends events to Klaviyo
• The actual messaging behavior, timing, and audience are still defined in your Klaviyo flows

#Important Note

• If you plan to use restock-related flows, make sure Catalog Sync is enabled in Klaviyo
• Without it, the related product data may not match correctly

#How to Enable It

• Go to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo
• Enter the required keys and enable the integration
