As a Shopify in-store app, HeiChat sends email notifications for important events, such as new tickets, new orders, or when your tokens are running low. However, emails can sometimes be missed or delayed.
To provide a more robust service, we now support webhooks for pushing core events in real-time. You can use your own custom webhooks or connect with services like Zapier to receive these notifications instantly. You can find the configuration settings in the Integration section in the left sidebar.

Currently, you can receive webhook notifications for the following events:
You can complete the webhook setup with simple configurations, requiring no development work. This allows you to integrate HeiChat's events directly into your existing helpdesk ecosystem (like Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.) without leaving your workflow. You can continue to use HeiChat as the primary AI for customer interactions on your Shopify store while managing the outcomes in your central support system.
